The personal data that you provide us will be kept as long as the current commercial relationship is maintained. However, to ensure transparency, we provide the conservation times which we work with: 

-For Accounting and tax purposes: six (6) years.
-For business purposes: ten (10) years.
-The Personal Data obtained through your express consent for the sending of commercial communications will be kept until you revoke the consent and/or request the cancellation of these communications.

Even if the relationship between the parties is terminated, Cat Lemaire will keep your information for the eventual sending of newsletters related to our products and services. You can always exercise your rights to be recognized by current regulations by contacting us by phone or email.

However, despite the existence of these general terms, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to eliminate data that is not legally necessary.
